RSSql string data point

I'm trying to get a string from the plc and store it in a database, but I can only get the first byte, I know there should be an easy solution to this but I cant figure it out. Any help would be appreciated. And another question is there a way to add user accounts for view me remotely. Any help would be appreciated.
