Currently we have three plants running with Controllogix PLCs (L72, L73, L74). In each of these plants we have 2 FTView SE standalone machines. Right now we are kind of decentralizing the operation so we're adding some PanelView Plus 7 HMIs. I suspect that those new HMIs are overloading our Ethernet Communication interfaces (we use 1756-ENBT and 1756-ENET). So I go to the web browser and type the IP address of each interface and then I go to the diagnostics overview. I can see that, for some of them, CPU utilization goes near 100%. Does it confirm my suspicion? What more can I look at?
