GE/Emerson Arrays with Functions

Two questions for GE/Emerson e.g. PACSystemsRX3i (CPE330):

1. Is it possible to use 2D arrays inside a function as a local member? (I can only declare a 1D array in the parameters wizard).

2. Is it possible to pass in a dimensionless array to a user created function (e.g. not tell a static length in the parameters wizard)?
